Lee has a long and violent history which includes: Aggravated Robbery (1976), Rape (1976), Escape (1989), Felonious Assault (1989), two separate convictions for Rape (1989), two separate convictions for Aggravated Robbery (1989), Kidnapping (1989), and Felonious Assault (1989). While Lee was serving a prison sentence for the aforementioned offenses, he assaulted a corrections officer here in Warren County causing injuries. Lee was subsequently convicted of Assault and ordered to serve a six-month sentence consecutive to his prior sentences.
