In 1992, Stinson was convicted of Murder in Stark County. In 2014, while incarcerated at Lebanon Correctional Institution, Stinson was found in possession of an 8 inch bedspring that was rolled up in a pair of state issued pants. Mr. Stinson has continued to commit offenses while incarcerated. It is our position that his release will present a danger to the citizens of this State.
